Kay Stephan, a recognized advocate for office professionals, earned a Bachelor's Degree from Wittenberg University and a Master's Degree from the University of Akron. She has over 25 years of teaching office administration courses and coordinating the Office Administration Department. Over a hundred of her students received state and national recognition in Business Professionals of America competitive events. She has written several publications including "Business Education — A Future Star." She also published an article in the Journal of the Ohio Association of Two-Year Colleges entitled, "Using the Web for R & R." Her latest publication is Peak Performance for School Office Staff which she used for training of school office professionals for the Bureau of Education and Research in eight states.
