Hunter is a partner in the Kansas City-based consulting firm HCap. He is the author of Please Sue Me-The Guide to Safe Hiring and Firing Practices for the Frontline Manager with a Short Attention Span and serves as frustration relief and HR support for time starved member companies with one person HR departments.
Hunter was an award-winning senior course leader for the American Management Association and is currently a contract trainer for Pinnacle Development Group, Alliance Consulting and the Human Resource Council. He was rated a “Top Ten” speaker for both the SHRM national convention in 2004 and for Vistage, a CEO membership organization, in 2005 and 2006.
